ABOUT CISI
Collaborative Information Services, Inc. (CISI) aggregates mobile
content and services for mobile users in order to assist governmental
agencies in reducing fraudulent activities. By combining internet,
telecom and database technology, we are able to assemble and coordinate
knowledge within our communities to assist law enforcement.
Our success is predicated on the trust our users have in our integrity
and our ability to maintain their privacy and confidentiality, as
well as the integrity we maintain with our partner organizations.

Management Team
Daniel Fisher, CEO
Mr. Fisher has previously served as Chief Executive Officer at
Vehicle Identification Systems, Incorporated and at HelpGram, Inc.
He has assumed leadership roles in the development of several nationwide
anti-crime initiative leveraging the use of technology and citizen
awareness. His desire to assist companies that are improving the
quality of life of our communities by combating criminal behavior
led him to found Collaborative Information Services, Incorporated
in January 2001.
Dave Badger, President
Mr. Badger was previously Vice-President, Business Development
at bla-bla.com, Inc. At bla-bla.com, Mr. Badger was responsible
for building out the executive management team for the company,
and for implementing strategies which lead bla-bla.com to become
one of the largest aggregations of independent, content-oriented
websites on the internet. Previously, Mr. Badger had been the Marketing
and Sales Manager for Strategic Partnerships at CDNOW.com - the
Internet's largest music retailer. As President of Stolen Car Reports,
Mr. Badger is responsible for all aspects of corporate growth and
development.
Daniel Kalafus, CTO
Mr. Kalafus currently serves as an intranet webmaster at a Silicon
Valley biotechnology company. He provides a crucial expertise in
database and web server integration. In his role as Chief Technology
Officer, he works closely with our corporate partners managing the
technical aspects of our service.
John Rayser, VP Strategic Partnerships
Mr. Rayser was previously VP of Business Development for aigdirect.com
(AIG Insurance) Prior to AIG, John was Senior Merchandising Manager
of Video/DVD for CDNOW.com and Eastern Regional Sales Manager for
Warner Home Video (Warner Bros.).
As Director of Strategic Partnerships Mr. Rayser is responsible
for identifying, developing and maintaining strategic relationships
both online and offline for the optimization of StolenCarReports'
brand.
Advisory Board
Tommy Short
Mr. Short is President of the International Association of Special
Investigative Units.
Timothy O'Neill
Mr. O'Neill is a retired officer with the New York City Police
Department, and a Certified Crime Prevention Specialist. He has
numerous years experience working for the Deputy Commissioner of
Community Affairs, Crime Prevention Division.
